Do you go Rogue?

Hi! Today I am sharing a page I completed with one of the retired Close To My Heart Workshops. I don't regularly follow them to a "T". I tend to look at the layout for inspiration and go from there. That wasn't the case with this one though. I even referred to the guide for a few measurements. I love the finished product though. Do you follow your guides or do you go rogue?
